Jacki Trotter, CPA
President
Jacki graduated with honors from Oklahoma State University in 1998 where she received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting. For the first nine years of her career, she worked her way up in corporate accounting at the Hertz Corporation. She made the move to public accounting in 2007 and has been with Copeland, Trotter & Norman, PC ever since. In addition to a CPA license, she also has a Series 65 license (Uniform Investment Advisor Law Examination) and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs as well as the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Read With Me Foundation, a local non-profit organization that partners with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to provide books to young children. Jacki and her husband, Justin, have two daughters and live in Edmond.
Travis Norman, CPA

Travis Norman graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 2011, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s. He began his career in public accounting at Copeland, Trotter & Norman PC in January of 2012. Travis received his CPA certificate in 2016 and was made partner in 2018. He enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf in his free time. Travis and his wife, Megan, have two children, Maxwell and Isabel.
Ray Copeland, CPA

Ray Copeland graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1968, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Ray received his CPA certificate in February of 1969. He spent the first thirteen years of his career in national public accounting firms, where he worked his way up to partner in only eight years. From there, he spent three years as president at Incline Production Company and related entities. Ray then went back to public accounting, where he started working for himself. He formed Copeland & Associates Inc. in 1987. The firm has since gone through several name changes, still serving clients today as Copeland, Trotter & Norman, PC.
